Many professionals, particularly women, feel a deep desire for their work to make a meaningful difference in the world. When that desire goes unmet, it can create a quiet but persistent void.  The underlying issue is often a narrow definition of what social impact looks like.  Once we broaden that definition, a newfound link between existing work and impact begins to emerge. This doesn’t require a dramatic shift. There’s no need to change sectors, industries, companies or roles. 

Join us to redefine what impact means and align your day-to-day work with the ways you can, and do, make a difference. The result is greater satisfaction, a stronger connection, and a renewed sense of meaning in the work you’re already doing.
